(Currently IVSC, 2020) and take into account the latest guidelines from the International Financial
Reporting Standards (IFRS 2008)
Four Valuation methods tend to be of widest application, these are the following:
- Market comparative method
- The Replacement Cost method
- The Investment method
- The Profits method
For Compensation the method includes and goes beyond market value, and beyond the replacement cost standard of market value and transaction costs.
